A large early 20th-century farmhouse, recently renovated and located at the foot of the Castle of Magliano Alfieri, just 2 km from the entrance to Alba, between the Langhe and Roero regions. A strategic location to explore Alba and all the beautiful nearby destinations, starting with Barbaresco, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, and many others.

The farmhouse features a large courtyard and lawn, perfect for relaxing moments. Inside, the original style has been preserved and complemented with modern elements. It is an ideal place for one or two large families to enjoy unforgettable moments.

The farmhouse is named after Agostino (Ghistu in Piedmontese), grandfather of the current owner, a well-known and highly creative figure in the area.
