The private villa provides an enchanting view of the surrounding vineyards, a UNESCO heritage site, creating a relaxing and evocative atmosphere. The villa is equipped with a private outdoor pool with a shower, an outdoor wood-heated hot tub, a relaxation room with a small sauna, a gym area with a view, a foosball table, an outdoor BBQ, and a fully equipped kitchen. For wine enthusiasts, a complimentary guided tour is included at one of our recommended wineries.
The villa accommodates up to 8/10 people and includes:
- Two fully-equipped kitchens: both with stunning views of the vineyards, they include all the latest appliances, two Bialetti coffee machines with complimentary pods, two kettles with a selection of teas and infusions, two toasters, and all necessary cooking utensils. In one of the kitchens, you’ll also find a wood stove, adding a rustic and traditional touch, along with a Smart TV for enjoying your favorite movies or shows.
- Master Bedroom: features a comfortable queen-size bed (160x190 cm), a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe.
- Second Bedroom: features another queen-size bed (160x190 cm), a comfortable French sofa bed with an ergonomic mattress (140x190 cm), a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.
- Third Bedroom: with vineyard views, it features a comfortable queen-size bed (160x190 cm), a chest of drawers, a walk-in closet, and a Smart TV to enjoy a film or your favorite series.
- Two bathrooms: modern and fully marble-covered, with complete sanitary facilities and spacious showers. Each guest is provided with a high-quality towel set, including a pool towel, and a welcome kit with personal hygiene products.

I’ll help make your vacation unforgettable with suggestions on activities in the area, must-visit places, Piedmontese cuisine, and wine tastings at the numerous local wineries. I can also arrange massages, yoga, and nature walks for you.
The villa consists of two housing units which will be fully available for bookings of more than 3 guests. If there are only 3 of you, don't worry! You’ll still have the larger unit at your disposal, and we assure you that the villa will still be reserved exclusively for you!
The villa also boasts a beautiful terrace with a table, chairs, loungers, and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the panoramic view.
Outdoor wood-heated sauna and hot tub! High-speed Wi-Fi, the best in the area, is available throughout the villa. Additionally, there is a complete home automation system: thanks to the smart system in the villa, you can conveniently open the blinds from your bed!

Get lost in the streets of Agliano Terme; they will be a lovely discovery! Just a few hundred meters from the villa is the state road leading to Costigliole, a charming town where you can visit the beautiful castle.
Asti, a city renowned for its culinary tradition and architectural beauty, is only a 25-minute drive away. Asti is famous for its sparkling wine, Asti Spumante, and offers numerous wineries and vineyards to visit. The city also boasts a rich history, with its Gothic cathedral, the Town Hall, and the Troyana Tower.
